I did this for you because of my core belief that if ALL of us became I/O Psych consultants, there STILL wouldn't be enough.

What is
The Summer Expert Series?

Five weeks of access to expert consultants.

Learn from them, hear their stories, and ask them questions!

Each Thursday throughout the Series we'll have one expert join us for an hour to speak on their area of expertise and take questions.

Following the Q+A, the expert will leave and we will spend about 30 minutes discussing what we learned.

Each session will be 90 minutes long, an hour with the speaker followed by a half-hour community discussion to drive deeper learning and to connect our learning to our work.

Industrial/Organizational Psychology Consultant | Communication & Negotiation Coach


Dr. Jeremy Lucabaugh is Principal at TurnBoot Organizational Excellence, LLC and Founder of SEBOC, LLC (The Society of Evidence-Based Organizational Consulting). He has served a variety of organizations, ranging from just a few to over 10,000 employees. He has developed corporate leadership, onboarding and communication programs, as well as employee engagement, culture and time management systems. He has owned other businesses in both management consulting and the wholesale food industry.

In addition to his corporate experience, as a professor he has taught Master's and Doctoral students in leading organizational change, corporate training and development, workplace motivation and attitudes, organizational behavior and management, leadership and supervision styles, and organizational culture. He has also created statistics, research methods, leadership, psychology, and human resources courses for both national and international clients.

His critical conversations and negotiation coaching, analysis of personality through psychometric assessments, supervisor and team workshops, and engagement systems have resulted in observable behavioral change, enhanced corporate culture, and increased retention.

He is the author of the study Organizational Socialization Training (OST), Tenure, and Predicting Organizational Commitment, available from ProQuest.


Founder & CEO of The Bridgify Group

Dr. Patricia Delgado is an experienced Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychologist with 20 years of experience in organizational and business development, management and leadership, employee-employer interdependency, and employee behavioral psychology. She is the Owner/Founder & CEO of The Bridgify Group.  Her passion is to inspire leaders and individuals to exceed their own expectations through the translation of research into practice.


With knowledge and experience in the science of human behavior in the workplace, Dr. Delgado’s scope of work focuses on bridging theory and research with people management and behavior practice. As an analyst and advisor to other professional consultants, organizational leaders, and project managers, she provides expert support and knowledge from an I/O Psychology perspective through research and overall strategy design, development, and implementation of projects.


Dr. Delgado is a featured contributing author in the newly released book, 'Hispanic Star Rising: A New Face of Power.' She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Leadership, and a Doctorate degree in I/O Psychology. She also serves on the boards of multiple organizations and is in the process of writing a book and partaking in a doctoral resource guide as a contributing author.

Research Focuses: Hispanic Millennial Workforce, Hispanic Population, the Employee Psychological Contract, Participatory Action Research, Millennials, Leading a Minority Workforce, Workplace Behavior Change, as well as Recruitment and Retention strategies for Hispanic workers.

Dr. Juliette Nelson is an industrial & organizational psychology practitioner, educator, entrepreneur, and published author who is passionate about empowering people to achieve the highest standards of their purpose. She is the Founder and CEO of JUNURI, a company that equips students, professionals, and business owners, with the tools and resources to be successful in the different areas of their lives. In her book, Sharing My Lens: The College Experience, she shares some of the gems that prove to be valuable in achieving an engaging academic experience throughout college. Juliette is also the CEO of NURILENS, a wooden eyewear collection with blue-light blocking solutions in each pair that celebrates individuality, self-expression, and each person’s calling to be impactful all in a pair of frames. As a practitioner in industrial-organizational psychology, she works to identify and implement solutions that foster a safe workplace for individuals working at all levels of their organizations. Given her experiences, she is intentional about being an agent of motivation, inspiration, and encouragement to the world around her.

Voice & Speech Coach | Actor

Executive trainer, corporate speaker, and university educator in voice, speech, With a master’s degree in acting and a postgraduate in voice and speech education Tom has worked with corporate leaders, professional speakers, and trainers developing their voices and presentation skills for over 25 years. He has taught acting and voice at York University and Red Deer Polytechnical University and has professionally played such Shakespearian characters as Lear (King Lear), Prospero (The Tempest), Caesar (Julius Caesar), and Claudius (Hamlet).

Tom also moderates a number of spaces on various platforms including Work Cookie for SEBOC and has voiced various projects for organizations across North America.

Founder & Principal Consultant of Vestigia Organizational Strategies

Rajanique Modeste, has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Masters in Counseling, a Bachelors in Business Administration and is a certified Life Coach.

She has over a decade of experience in Human Capital/Talent Management working for various government contractors in the D.M.V. area.


Dr. Modeste’s areas of expertise include, DE&I, strategic planning, talent/leadership development, selections and assessments, performance management, training and development. She has co-authored numerous articles.
